The setup…

The sunsets up at Fennells farm are unparalleled. We are here at the start and the end of our 6 month tour, but there is always the most stunning display, looking out over the valleys.

Crispy treacle brined duck, plum sauce, celeriac remoulade and crepes from the cookbook may well be making an appearance this year!
