June
The third Sunday in June is Father’s Day, and we’ve got it covered. Join us for a delicious spread that you and your dad can enjoy without lifting a finger. Better still, he'll get a pint on us, for being the hero that he is!
June also marks the start of the FIFA World Cup, and we’ll be showing all of England’s matches on our large screen. Hopefully, the weather will play ball and we’ll be able to show them outside. As you cheer on the Three Lions, you can also take advantage of our promotion: a burger and a house drink for just £19. The perfect match day combination!
Last but certainly not least, on Saturday 27th June we’ll be hosting our Pétanque Cup for the second year running. It’s shaping up to be a fantastic afternoon, with teams competing for a £100 bar tab and, of course, local bragging rights.
Entry is £20 per team and includes half time refreshments inspired by the flavours of France. We’re also delighted to have the good people at Lost and Grounded sponsoring the event, meaning discounted beer for both players and spectators throughout the day. Whether you’re taking part or simply cheering from the sidelines, we’d love you to join us for what promises to be a fun-filled afternoon of pétanque, food and great beer.
