Food Hygiene Friday is on a roll this week! 🥪
Serving up four Food Hygiene Ratings of five in a row is Woody's Sandwich And Coffee Bar in Cainscross, Stroud.
Unannounced food hygiene inspections can be daunting for any business, but it was clear the team at Woody's weren't sandwiching food safety between other priorities. Instead, they showed that maintaining excellent food hygiene standards really is the bread and butter of running a successful food business.
We're sure they were hoping they'd 'baguetting' a Food Hygiene Rating of 5, and there were no if's or 'butties' from the inspecting officer. Standards were found to be very good throughout.
So, a Food Hygiene Friday 'toast' to the team at Woody's Sandwich and Coffee Bar. We're 'loafing' your work and your commitment to food safety 👏
