- 5 days a week working Saturday on a rota basis (job share possible).

- Main duties include cooking, food preparation and general kitchen duties.

- REHIS Food Hygiene and Food Standards Scotland Allergen Training essential.

- Experience of working in a team, good communication skills and passion for food.

During the summer months, Country Bake will only be open for takeaway breakfast & rolls, home baking, catering platters and buffets on a Saturday from 8am-12:30pm. Open as normal Monday to Friday with full menu.
