As all good bartenders know, the perfect pint of Guinness takes 119.5 seconds to pour. This Guinness time allows the magic of the pint to settle before being topped up.

That little wait can certainly add up, and our team has spent a total of 228.875 hours so far this year waiting for a Guinness to settle. (Unless you're Corine who gets distracted and walks off 😉)

But we don’t mind… after all, good things come to those who wait.

Hi everyone! Just a little update from us at The College Arms 🍻

We’re having a bit of a paint refresh inside late next week, so please bear with us while the work is being done. We’ll still be open as normal, with Henry’s Bar serving as our main bar during the work.

We’ve got lots coming up over the next few months, including our 1-year pub anniversary which we will be celebrating with a Halloween Party! 🎉
Take a look at our What’s On poster for all the upcoming bingo, live music, quiz nights and festive events.

🎄 Our festive menu will be running throughout December, so there’s plenty of time to get your Christmas get-togethers booked in.
