There’s a reason Shakespeare is never far from the story of The Garrick 🎭❤️
Sitting along Stratford-upon-Avon’s Historic Spine and just a short walk from Shakespeare’s Birthplace, our Tudor pub has been part of this historic town for generations.
The Garrick itself takes its name from David Garrick, the celebrated 18th-century actor who played a huge role in establishing Shakespeare’s enduring reputation.
Quite a lot of history for one little pub! 👀

Here’s a little peek behind the scenes while they get stuck in.

If these walls could talk... 👀
As one of Stratford-upon-Avon’s oldest pubs, The Garrick has quite a few stories to tell.
This Grade II listed Tudor building has a fascinating history, with tales stretching from priest holes to the plague, and centuries of character hidden within its many nooks and crannies ❤️
As we transform The Garrick, all that history will remain right at the heart of the pub.
