Baked Cod - Mash - Pea & Pancetta Cream

A fresh piece of Cod like this is the same price as Gold these days, so there’s no photoshoot. Quick pic on the pass 😅

We take great pride in the quality of all our fish and meat produce, making sure is sourced locally and always fresh!

Please note that we have a zero-tolerance policy for any disrespect to our hardworking staff. This includes clicking fingers, shouting for or demanding tables.

Parkland can be extremely busy, and our staff try their best to accommodate everyone. Life can be hard enough without any added stress, and manners are easy carried.

We take no pleasure in addressing these issues online, but as business owners, it is our duty to protect our staff at all times. Without them, there is no business!

We will be OPEN FOR LUNCH on Saturday but we will be CLOSED on Saturday evening to the public to cater for our 3 of 4 events with in the club (President’s Day). Apologies for any inconvenience.

That’s us for the rest of the week folks. Between chefs off on maternity, holidays and moving on to other jobs we are simply understaffed this week to do what we do.

Parkland has a high standard of food and service that we aren’t willing to jeopardise for a few short days of trade, so we feel closing for a short time is the best option.

This will also allow us all to get a well deserved break, regroup and get any work that needs carried out completed. It’s also absolutely boiling in the kitchen at the moment!

We are currently interviewing new staff and we will be open as normal come Wednesday 22nd July!

Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

On a positive note, we are safe from England winning the World Cup for another 4 years! 😅

Another week over! Hopefully everyone who called in had a great time! We are closed tomorrow for this Bank Holiday Monday for a well deserved break! We will be open as normal on Wednesday but we will be closed on Thursday for some work being carried out in the kitchen!
