🍝 NEW PASTA DISHES HAVE ARRIVED! 🇮🇹
We’re now ready to expand our pasta menu and finally share with you the pasta dishes we’ve always wanted to serve.
Our Tagliatelle al Ragù Bolognese has already become one of your favourites — and we’re sticking to what we believe in: traditional Italian recipes, authentic ingredients and sauces cooked slowly for hours, just as they should be.
✨ Chef Special — Pappardelle al Ragù Bianco di Manzo ✨
A traditional Italian white beef ragù, slow-cooked for hours with tender beef, soffritto and white w**e, finished with Parmigiano Reggiano. Rich, deep and full of flavour — without tomato.
Our Tagliatelle al Pistacchio e Burrata has already become hugely popular, so we decided to add another burrata favourite:
🌿 Tagliatelle alla Burrata e Pomodori Secchi
Tagliatelle pasta served with a creamy burrata sauce, sundried tomatoes, Parmigiano Reggiano and fresh basil.
And then… there’s the one we have a feeling will become the star of the menu 👀
🥚 CARBONARA 🥚
Tagliatelle, guanciale, egg yolks, Pecorino Romano, Parmigiano Reggiano and freshly ground black pepper.
Simple. Traditional. Proper Italian Carbonara. 🇮🇹
