Most people order the same thing every visit. Here are three habits that help you explore our Mediterranean menu and eat better for it.

1. Start with sharing plates.
Appetisers like our sourdough with hummus, beetroot and whipped feta dips, or seared fresh tuna with herbs and a touch of chili, are made to be shared around the table. Order two or three between your group, and you set a relaxed pace while tasting more before your mains arrive.

2. Ask about the daily fish.
Our fish of the day changes with the freshest catch available. It is one of the best-value, best-quality choices on the menu, because the kitchen builds the dish around what is actually good that day.

3. Save room for house desserts.
Our desserts are made in-house by a pastry chef, which is a different experience from bought-in options. The lemon meringue pie, chocolate mousse, and sticky date pudding are all made on-site, so leaving a little room for one is genuinely worth it.
