We have a MASSIVE favour to ask. Mollans has been nominated for the Scottish Fish and Chips Awards 2026 which is amazing. The first stage to get through is by number of public votes. We are going to be up against the large chippies with a massive customer base. Please could you vote for us to enable us to be judged at the second stage. Did you know that a mile up in the sky there is this yellow ball of fire otherwise known as the sun? Rumour has it that we may see it soon. In preparation for such an incredible sight Mollans staff have been working tirelessly behind the scenes to taste test the range of delicious ice creams we have. The dogs made me put a scoop of the dairy free coconut ice cream on a cone just to be sure it was suitable for our wonderful customers. Bonnie also wants you to know that the coconut, the vanilla and the strawberry vegan ones are also suitable to share with your pupsters!
Come down on Thursday or Friday from 12 till 7 and you can even add it to your food order.

Mollans is the place to be right now - on top of the best takeaway suppers you can now buy ice cream too.
From today we will be serving (eat here or take away) ice cream. We have carefully chosen Isle of Arran for our traditional dairy ice creams and Judes for some vegan/dairy free options. Both of these ice creams are delicious and as Julie is Dairy free the Judes is the only one she eats (and plenty of it 😂).
So come along during our opening hours on a Thursday and a Friday (12 till 7) and pick some up. We will pop some in a freezable tub for you in case you are too full to eat it after one of our meals.

Yes, the special "Special" is back for your lunch/supper. Our goose burgers hand made using local wild goose breast and freshly cut garden herbs cooked and served on a little salad in a fresh roll with a delicious gooseberry and elderflower chutney. Get yours with a portion of twice cooked chips - all for £10.

Don't panic if goose isn't your thing, we still have (shh don't tell Hamish) home made beef burgers and all of our usual suppers from macaroni cheese to the favourite haddock.
