A massive thank you to everyone who came along and made last night what it was. The atmosphere was absolutely buzzing from start to finish! 🙌

⚽🏆 THE WORLD CUP IS HERE! 🏆⚽

As everyone knows, the tournament kicked off with Mexico vs South Africa, and we can’t wait for the buzz to keep building throughout the competition! (The Guardian⁠)

Just to keep everyone in the loop – EVERY World Cup game shown in the pub is ABSOLUTELY FREE to watch! 🙌 No tickets required, just turn up and enjoy the atmosphere.

And because we’re getting right behind Scotland, we’ll be giving out FREE pies during Scotland games too! 🥧🏴 We just don’t stop giving! 🤷🏽‍♀️🤪

Our first Scotland game kicks off at 2am on the 14th. To help keep numbers under control and ensure the safety of both our customers and staff, anyone not inside the pub by 2am will unfortunately be refused entry.

🌟 A Very Special Shout-Out to Our Amazing Daisy! 🌟

Tomorrow, our beautiful young lady Daisy turns 13, and what a journey she is already on! 💙

We’ve had the privilege of having Daisy perform for us, and if you’ve ever seen her sing, you’ll know just how lucky we are. Her talent, confidence, and passion are beyond her years, and she continues to make everyone around her incredibly proud.

Daisy has recently performed a song in support of Scotland and the World Cup, and honestly, it was nothing short of mind-blowing. Her voice, dedication, and love for her country shone through every note. 🎶🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

As she celebrates her 13th birthday tomorrow, we want to show her just how much support she has from her pub family and community. Daisy, you are a credit to yourself, your family, and Scotland. We are all behind you every step of the way and can’t wait to see what the future holds for you.

🎉 Today’s the Day – Gala Day! 🎉

In the wise words of Still Game, “Patience is a virtue”… well, it should be anyway! 😄

A wee reminder that while you’re all out enjoying Gala Day, it’s Gala Day for our staff too. The bar team will be working flat out to keep the drinks flowing, but a pint can only be poured as fast as a pint pours 🍺

So if there’s a queue, take a leaf out of Jack and Victor’s book (on a good day!) and show a bit of patience and good manners. As your maw probably told you, “please” and “thank you” cost nothing but go a long way.
