A dairy free Darth Vader cake.

The villains need a little celebration too!

Darth is this birthday boy's favourite character from his favourite film.
I set the scene for this cake taking inspiration from the 3rd Star Wars movie which turned out to be the birthday boys' favourite movie of them all!

When he saw the cake for the first time he said 'I love it.'
Happy mum, happy birthday boy, happy me!

The scene I recreated is from the planet Mustafar where Darth gets his arm and legs chopped off.

This Darth Vader cake is dairy free!

Also, what's with the baby and bananas?
It's what it's really like being a mum and creating cakes. A juggling act of cake decorating, parenting 2 kids, and trying to capture some sort of viewable content! 😅 and I just didn't know where else to put the bananas to get them out of the shot!

The birthday boys mum trusted me for her sons birthday cake. She tasted my Stitch cake I made for one of my regulars that was gluten and dairy free, and she needed a dairy free cake for her sons cake too!

I love that she gave me creative freedom, just like my Stitch cake was.
She was very impressed with the cake but more importantly her son loved it too!

Decorate this 1/2 & 1/2 vintage heart cake with the theme of RIP 20s Hello 30s.

I'm also trying to do it with 2 young kids. The baby can be quite easy sometimes as I just strap him to my chest, and the toddler plays. But they still need a lot of attention.
Or I make an activity and the clean up took longer than them playing!
The nozzle clean up and re- organise definitely took longer than their playing 😅😅

Piping this super cute dachshund for this 'We**ie but Older' cake used inspiration from the customers' dog!

Before cakes like this, I always practice as I want my customers to receive my best work.
However, the dog is black, and the camera doesn't pick up the doggy so well. Doesn't also help England was being gloomy outside!

My inspiration was from the 'We**ie Bit Older' cake, created by who also does a little tutorial. Thank you!
