It’s that time of year again with the return of our fresh Wimbledon Salad!

With British Strawberries, roasted cashew nuts, fresh basil, cucumber and a homemade balsamic glaze!

Super fresh, and pairs great with our other special; the Tuscan turkey. It’s also great with ham and goes great in a salad bowl!

This is also the LAST WEEK, the pomegranate salad will be available, so make the most of it with a big ol salad bowl!

The special for the next couple of months is here, and it’s a rogue one!

Introducing our

Tuscan Turkey!

Turkey crown from Broomhalls butchers down the road, seasoned with lemon zest, loads of butter, olive oil, fresh rosemary, fresh thyme and fresh parsley!

With turkey being a fantastic lean source of protein it makes more sense to be a warm weather meat, especially with it paring amazingly with our Pomegranate and/or Greek salad!

New month new special, introducing our,

Pomegranate Crunch!

In this we have, cucumber, cherry vine tomatoes, red onion, red pepper, pomegranate seeds, fresh mint and fresh parsley

WITH A

Honey, Dijon mustard, garlic and olive oil dressing!

This new salad is super fresh AND refreshing, perfect for salad bowls and goes fantastically in a baguette with our Pastrami (available for 1 more week)

New month, new salad, introducing our,

Beetroot Crunch!

This is the first time we had a recipe change due to customer feedback, hence the late post this month.

This one has, beetroot, rocket, goats cheese (previously feta) and walnuts with a balsamic and honey dressing.

This one pairs perfectly with ham and our pastrami (still on as a special!) and goes amazingly in a salad bowl!

Next special of the month is finally here!

Introducing our Slow Cooked Pastrami!

This has been salted for a week with Broomhalls butchers and then we’ve generously seasoned the joint then slow cooked it for 10 hours, let it cool the sliced it wafer thin!

This will be winner we think with all of our salads, in particular our coleslaw and rainbow coleslaw!

I’d like to add at the end that due to lengthy process to get it there is a VERY limited daily quantity!

New month, new special, this one vaguely has a name as well,

Rainbow coleslaw!

(I’m not very good at naming salads)

This one contain, red cabbage, frisée, cucumber, radish, pickled carrots, pickled jalapeños with a sesame oil and lime dressing!

This one goes great with the next special we’ve got lined up for later this month!

The next couple of days we will be experimenting with a Pastrami recipe I’ve found,

Very similar to the Salt Beef we did last year but slow cooked and seasoned like a proper Pastrami!
