The celebration of life for Simon will take place on Friday 31st July at 12pm in Milwich Church. All are welcome to join us. Family flowers only please and all donations will be to the Burketts Lymphoma charity. The dress code is smart casual. Following Simon’s celebration of life we’d like everyone to join us afterwards at The Green Man Milwich. We would also once again like to thank everyone for their thoughts, kind words and cards during this time it means a great deal to our family.

First of all we would like to thank every one for their thoughts, prayers and condolences for the sad loss of Simon it means a great deal to our family.

As a Special Request we’d like to know if anyone knew any information about Simon’s wishes and who his lawyer could potentially be.

Simon confidently told us that his will and his letter of wishes are safely in the hands of his lawyer, and when required that we (or actually Rachel, Green his executor) could expect to receive a phone call with the details we need.

Unfortunately we don’t know who this lawyer is, and we have not received the phone call. Our impression is that it is someone he knows and trusts well.

It is becoming critical that we find this person, because we are having to make decisions and plan his funeral, and we really want to ensure that we pay proper tribute to him by following all the details of his Letter of Wishes.

If anybody can shed any light on who they think this person may be, or if you are this person, please can you reach out as soon as possible to Jane on [email protected].

Simon Adams

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Simon after a hard battle against cancer that he fought with incredible strength. We will love and miss him always.

Our hugest thanks to all of you for your love, prayers, thoughts and care. He has been blessed to be surrounded by this supportive and caring community.

He will certainly be remembered for his heart, his kindness, his thoughtfulness and his constant quest for knowledge.
