Say hello to our Beef Short Rib Duchess 🤤
Slow-cooked, melt-in-the-mouth beef short rib, topped with golden duchess potato, served with seasonal vegetables and finished with a rich red wine jus.

It’s taken the place of our much-loved lamb shank, and we think it’s a worthy successor.
