Wow, these photos take us right back.
Six years ago, on a Thursday morning, we unlocked the doors to The Truffled Hog for the very first time.
Since then we’ve lived through 24 seasons, navigated a global pandemic, poured 329,770 cups of coffee, and grown from one little restaurant into a team of 40 amazing people across four different locations.
What started as an empty building and a big idea has become something so much bigger than we ever imagined. Not because of one person, but because of every customer who’s chosen to spend their mornings, birthdays, catch-ups, celebrations and ordinary Tuesdays with us. And because of every member of the team who’s helped shape The Truffled Hog into what it is today.
We’re still obsessed with great hospitality. We still care about the little details. And we’re still just getting started.
