FLOOR STAFF WANTED 🚨

We’re still looking for one part-time member of staff to join the Alessi team.

The main working days will be Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, with additional shifts available to cover holidays and other staff requirements.

For this position, we are ideally looking for somebody with previous work experience who is comfortable working in a busy, customer-facing environment.

Restaurant experience would be ideal, although experience in hospitality, retail or another fast-paced workplace would also be suitable.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, polite and confident with customers
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working as part of a busy team
• Able to follow instructions and pick up new tasks quickly
• Happy to use their initiative when needed
• Willing to learn and take feedback on board
• Hardworking and able to keep a good pace during busy periods

🍽️ Main duties will include:
• Clearing and resetting tables
• Serving drinks
• Collecting empty glasses
• Serving selected food items
• Light bar work
• Helping to keep the restaurant floor clean, organised and running smoothly

🎄 Festive availability is essential. Applicants must be available to work:
• Christmas Day
• New Year’s Eve
• Either Christmas Eve or Boxing Day
• New Year’s Day

We’re looking for someone who will fit comfortably into an established team and take pride in doing their job well.

Introducing Three Wrens Apple Crumble Gin 🍏

Distilled just up the road in Cheshire, it brings together crisp apple, warming spice and all those familiar apple-crumble flavours — basically September in a gin glass!

We’re serving it with Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic, plenty of ice and fresh apple for a really refreshing serve.
