Hi all

Thank you for all your messages! We are still waiting for the council to come and repair the damage, they did send someone to assess the damage but since then we've continued to chase and still no repair.

We apologise for any inconvenience and hope that the matter is resolved soon.

Hi all,

We've had so many messages recently from our customers checking for an update. We're sorry we've not replied to each and every one of you individually.

Just so you know, the below still applies and we are still waiting for the council to fix the issue. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We hope to reopen as soon as possible and are looking forward to seeing you again.

To our amazing customers,

We are extremely sorry that we have been so delayed in contacting you back, we have received so many messages asking for information in relation to our reopening. We sincerely apologise if we have not got back to you.

We have been looking to open as soon as possible but have hit delays due to Stoke City Council. During the last lockdown the roof has leaked and collapsed, we have contacted the council as they are the landlords and we are still waiting for them to come and repair it. Until they do, we are sad to say, we will remain closed.

We will update you as soon as we can and once again we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We hope you are all staying well and we look forward to seeing you in the near future.

In response to COVID-19 and recent Government advice, it is with a heavy heart we have decided to remain closed at this time.

The safety of our customers and employees is our highest priority. We are playing our part for public protection and for this reason we do not think it is possible for us to maintain a safe social distance due to the size of our restaurant.

We wish all our customers the best health and hope to see you when social distancing restrictions are lifted and we feel it is safe enough for our customers and employees, for us to reopen.
