🍕 A little throwback to our trip to Naples… 🇮🇹

During our pizza journey, we realised that we’re definitely on the right track with our pizzas. Naples gave us so much inspiration, and we’ve brought some of those ideas back with us to the pizza van.

So, for next month’s special, we’re taking inspiration from one of Italy’s most iconic dishes: Carbonara. 🍝

Introducing our Naples-Inspired Carbonara Pizza — bringing the flavours of the classic Spaghetti Carbonara onto a pizza.

Carbonara Pizza — £13

🤍 White sauce with pasteurised egg yolk
🧀 Fior di latte mozzarella
🧀 Pecorino Romano
🥓 Crispy guanciale
🌶️ Freshly ground black pepper
🫒 Extra virgin olive oil

A proper taste of Italy, served on a pizza. 🇮🇹🍕

See you at the hatch, pizza lovers! ❤️
