Baking cheesecake is a passion of mine and for quite a few years now it has always been a hobby for me, everyone keeps telling me how amazing they taste and look. Have You Tried My New Flavour Yet? 🍏🍋‍🟩

I’ve been busy creating new flavours again, and after introducing this one at some of my recent markets, I’m so pleased to say it went down really well at the weekend! ❤️

Spiced Apple & Lime Baked Cheesecake!

This one brings together the comforting flavours of apple and cinnamon with my creamy baked cheesecake and homemade lime curd.

It’s been lovely seeing people try it at the markets and hearing how much they’ve enjoyed the combination. It might be a little different, but I think the fresh zing of the lime works really well with the spiced apple!

If you haven’t tried it yet, you can order it directly from me or keep an eye out for it at my upcoming markets.

Join Me At Rode Hall This Saturday!

I’m heading back to Rode Hall Farmers Market this Saturday, and I’ll be bringing plenty of my handmade baked cheesecakes with me!

And this time I’ll have something brand new on the table… 🍏

My Apple, Cinnamon & Lime Baked Cheesecake will be making its debut! Made with cooked apple, cinnamon, creamy baked cheesecake and my homemade lime curd, I’m really looking forward to letting you try this new flavour.

Alongside the new Apple, Cinnamon & Lime, I’ll have a selection of my other favourite cheesecakes too, so there’ll be plenty to choose from.

The market is a lovely morning out, with over 60 stalls offering artisan food, homemade goodies and crafts, plus live music to enjoy while you wander around.

A NEW FLAVOUR IS COMING... 🍏💚

I’ve been busy in the kitchen again, working on my next new creation – Apple, Cinnamon & Lime Baked Cheesecake!

I’m bringing together cooked apple, cinnamon, my creamy baked cheesecake and homemade lime curd, with even more lime curd to finish it off.

Apple and cinnamon might be a familiar combination, but adding that fresh, zesty lime brings something a little different!

I’m really enjoying working on this one and can’t wait to share the finished cheesecake with you. 🍏🍋‍🟩
