So, it’s getting to the time of year when ice cream sales drop off which is totally normal for us. We have actually sold more ice cream than usual for the time of year, but we need to decide what to do with our soft serve machines🍦
We usually have the machines turned off this time of year and put back on around April time but due to the higher footfall currently I’m happy to keep the machines on.
Cleaning out the machines isn’t easy and they take a lot of time to make sure they are squeaky clean so I’ve decided that after this weekend we will have them on alternate. I’ll pop a post on our story each day with what flavour is on so keep your eyes peeled! I know it will cause some upset but it’s not worth us having both machines on as we end up wasting so much product and spend more time cleaning them out than we do serving from them🤣
So I hope you all understand. Tomorrow we will have Strawberry on, and Saturday we will have both Lemon and Strawberry on🍋🍓
