MY JOURNEY BEGAN WITH A SIMPLE PASSION FOR COOKING QUALITY FOOD AND A DESIRE TO OFFER AN EXPERIENCE LIKE NO OTHER! MY FLAIR FOR THE KITCHEN CAME ABOUT FROM A YOUNG AGE FROM THE SUPPORT OF MY MOTHER AND GRAN TEACHING ME THE CULINARY SKILLS I PRACTISES IN THE KITCHEN TODAY. THE FIRST REAL CHALLENGE WAS CATERING FOR 26 GUESTS IN THE FRENCH ALPS, WITH LITTLE PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN THE KITCHEN. I WENT ONTO COMPLETING TWO SKI SEASONS WITH MY CLIENTS SUGGESTING I SHOULD CONTINUE MY CAREER AS A CHEF. I DECIDED IN 2019 TO LAUNCH A DISTINCTIVE FINE DINING CATERING & MOBILE BAR SERVICE, TAILORING TO THE CLIENTS REQUIREMENTS. MY TEAM & I PRIDE OURSELVES ON BEING ABLE TO OFFER A BESPOKE CATERING SERVICE WITH EXCEPTIONAL VALUES. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO BROWSE THROUGH OUR SAMPLE MENUS AND OUR ELOQUENT & BESPOKE WEDDING MENUS.
