Dried oyster Mushroom, chickpea and Beet balls with our own style Marinara base flavoured with oyster mushroom stock with added chilli, courgette, carrot, red pepper and kale.🍅🌶🥕🥒
To follow “for the kids 😉😉” gluten free chickpea flour coconut cookies with mylk, dark and white “chocolate”.

Can I just shout out you guys Nicola Lawrance Nathan Larkin, I have heard nothing but AMAZING reviews from everyone I know and don’t know that have visited on the vegan and non vegan scene 😁😁 You are the talk of the town and you deserve to be, you’ve earnt those stripes in a tough and exhausting industry over a lot of years, so MASSIVE hats off to you both 👌🏼👌🏼Due to childcare restraints we haven’t made it down yet. But you better believe I’m comin at you full force on the 2nd November with a table booked for me and my girl squad and you can sign me up for one of everything 🤣😍😍😍

Playing with breakfast recipes. smoothie bowl (blueberries, strawberries, cucumber, mint-topped with almonds, sunflower chia and linseeds, blueberries, and toasted coconut) with a herbal tea. Yum 😋

Playing with some new recipes. Roasted courgette broccoli and figs, with cumin cous cous, pan roasted chickpeas, cucumber and spring onion with a sweet tahini, ras el hanout and vinegar dressing. Delicious 😋
