Last night our team had a well deserved trip out for bowling, food and a few drinks (maybe a lot more than a few😉) to celebrate all their hard work this past year! We are so lucky and proud to have such an incredible, dedicated team, each and every one of them truly are amazing. Team Puss are the best and we hope they enjoyed their night ❤️🐈‍⬛

The pressures facing hospitality are real, and yesterday we were grateful for the chance to talk about the headwinds our industry faces.

Tom Morrison, MP for Cheadle, asked to meet our directors because he wanted to hear directly from people in hospitality about the challenges we're up against. Joining Tom were James and Doug Almond, The Station House general manager Zac, and Niall McCloskey from Joseph Holt.

Over lunch at The Station House, we set out how hard the current climate makes it for businesses like ours to plan ahead, asked for clarity on the changes to business rates, and championed the campaign for a fairer rate of VAT for hospitality.

Pubs support thousands of local jobs and hold communities together - we're thankful to Tom for taking the time to listen to our concerns, as we would be to anyone working to help our industry.
