Today I was at a new venue, and if I’m honest, I was a little nervous. You never quite know what to expect when you arrive somewhere new.

I work hard and put my heart into everything I do. The food I serve is so important to me, and I always give it my all. I love meeting new faces, having a chat, and being part of the local community.

A special shout-out to Nicola and the team, who made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived and were incredibly helpful while we were setting up. Your kindness and support were truly appreciated.

To everyone who bought food from us today, thank you. You were all so welcoming, generous, and supportive. A big thank you also to the cricket team and those who joined later. The fact that you came back to check on us, asked if we were okay, and whether we needed anything meant so much. Those small gestures never go unnoticed.

It has been a wonderful day, and we are leaving with full hearts and huge smiles.

Thank you to for having SidrahsKitchen today. We hope to see you all again soon! 💕

Don't forget it’s National Fish and Chip Day this Friday (5th June)!

We’re celebrating Britain’s most iconic dish in style - and we’d love you to join us.

Matt's Mobile Fish and Chips will be serving fresh fish & chips at Stockport Approach at The Railway this Friday from 12:00 – 2pm.

Pop down, grab a portion and be part of the nationwide celebration organised by NEODA.

The V.A.Whitley Team will be there supporting Matt on the pans, joined by Lee Woodward from Middleton Food Products… and of course the day wouldn't be complete without 'Errol' the Fish making an appearance!

Donations on the day, not matter how big or small, will be for Leeds Hospitals Charity!

It’s set to be a brilliant afternoon and we can’t wait to welcome you. See you between 12:00 and 2pm for National Fish & Chip Day!
