Jefes Ramen is back tommorow evening at The Swan

Walk Ins Welcome on the Night

Jefe is the person behind the social enterprise, Jefes Ramen, a Stockport ramen pop-up with a really simple idea: buy a bowl and they cook a second one for someone experiencing homelessness.

Not a percentage of profits. Not a donation at some point later. Another hot bowl, from the same kitchen, that night.

Jefe has experienced homelessness himself, so this one is incredibly personal to him. He’s spent years using his businesses to support people locally, and Jefe’s Ramen is his attempt to build something that can keep doing that sustainably.

They’re back at the The Swan with Two Necks this Friday 25th September, 6.30pm to 10pm.

There’ll be slow-cooked beef ramen, a vegan mushroom ramen, sides and all the usual goodness. Walk-ins are welcome but if you book before midnight on Wednesday 23rd, you’ll get free skewers too.

The bigger the night, the more bowls they can give out, so it would be incredible to see a local Stockport idea like this absolutely packed ❤️

The bigger ambition behind the campaign is inspired by the estimated 382,000 people experiencing homelessness in England. Jefe calls that “382,000 reasons why"
