We’re incredibly proud to see Tatties & Tipples Event Catering take another big step forward with the opening of their new Falkirk base and central kitchen.

What started right here at Fletcher’s has grown into something pretty special — and we can’t wait to see what comes next!

How did we go backwards?

Stirling Castle once shone above our city after dark, a proud landmark for everyone who lives here, works here or comes to visit.

These photos show what we’ve lost and what we could bring back.

Relighting our castle is about more than a beautiful view. It’s about celebrating our heritage, restoring civic pride and giving more people and tourists a reason to visit Stirling, explore our city and support local businesses.

Our citizens deserve a city that shines. Let’s bring the light back to the castle and put Stirling in the spotlight again. ✨
