Our updated focaccia is as popular as ever!!! The new hybrid uses a mix of sourdough levain and poolish to give the classic chewy airy crumb and shattery crisp crust!!
Topped with confit garlic, rosemary and some Maldon Salt!
Due to the nature of the beast.. and its long fermentation, and lengthy cooling time! We aim to have it sliced and ready for you by 10:30am.
