FOCACCIA EVERYDAY!

Our updated focaccia is as popular as ever!!! The new hybrid uses a mix of sourdough levain and poolish to give the classic chewy airy crumb and shattery crisp crust!!

Topped with confit garlic, rosemary and some Maldon Salt!

Due to the nature of the beast.. and its long fermentation, and lengthy cooling time! We aim to have it sliced and ready for you by 10:30am.

Rain is with us! Although Angus is not only our new front of house but a fine hand model too. Braving the Rain to get some photos of our Raspberry and Lemon Posset Danish.

Some changes on the bread front : our new ciabattas will be instead of baguettes on the announced days going forward. A hybrid of rye levain and poolish they’re an excellent vessel for your next sandwich.

The Oat Porridge is staying (do not fear).. although it will be going into rotation with our other porridge loaves, therefore we’ll only doing one style of porridge per week, rather than the two you’ve been used too. If you’ve an oat porridge fan and havant already tried the Cracked Rye.. now is your chance! The addition of cooked cracked rye grains, toasted rye flakes and rye flour, make it my favourite.

Our Olive, Lemon & Thyme Sourdough from last week!!

Our new Ciabatta is using a rye levain for some extra flavour and nutrition! And they’ll be in replace of baguettes this coming Friday (29th)
