What a lovely surprise to receive this letter from Claire Baker MSP.

Following our Bakery of the Year win at the Food Awards Scotland 2026, Vera Artisan Bakery has been officially recognised in a motion lodged in the Scottish Parliament. ❤️

To see our little bakery in Stirling mentioned in Parliament feels pretty special, especially after winning this award for the fourth time.

A huge thank you, as always, to our incredible team and to every single person who continues to support Vera. None of this happens without you. 🥰

The Daily Record recently visited Vera Artisan Bakery to see for themselves why we’ve been named Scotland’s Best Bakery four times, and we’re absolutely delighted with their review!

They enjoyed our welcoming atmosphere, creative menu, generous portions and great value, with special mentions for The Legend baguette and our Jaffa Cake brownie.

A little bit of what we do every day at Vera 🤍

Sourdough baked fresh, homemade cakes and bakes, scones straight from the oven, fresh food from our kitchen and great coffee from Dear Green, all served by our lovely team in the heart of Stirling.

We bake, cook and prepare as much as we can right here, every day. Simple food, good ingredients and a lot of care.

Whether you’re popping in for your morning coffee, taking home a loaf of sourdough, treating yourself to cake or sitting down for lunch, we’re always happy to see you.
