You know it’s been a busy few days when the only content we have is a few set-up and location videos… 😅

Over the last two days, the Tatties & Tipples team have put in a mammoth effort across two locations — once again showing the experience, organisation and teamwork that goes into delivering multiple large-scale events at the same time, all while our fantastic team continue to provide an excellent service back at Fletcher’s - Restaurant • Bar • Rooms

A real team effort across both businesses , and we couldn’t be prouder! 👏

☕️ PharmacyShows | Inchyra

We were delighted to be invited back for our second year at the Pharmacy Show, providing food and drinks for exhibitors and visitors throughout the two-day event.

Across the two days we served:

🍴 400 meals
☕️ 600 barista coffees & teas

A huge thank you to Richard, Amy and the whole Pharmacy Show team for inviting us back, and to everyone we had the pleasure of serving over the two days. It was great to be back! Also great to see Tommy Hamilton Photography 📸

⚽️ Falkirk Football Club

Then it was over to Falkirk Stadium to cater across the hospitality suites as Falkirk picked up their first win of the season against HeartofMidlothianFC! 🙌

Our team supplied food throughout the hospitality areas, including plated meals, hot fork buffets, finger buffets and, of course, the all-important half-time pies and traybakes. 🥧

It’s been a brilliant experience working alongside the commercial and wider team at Falkirk on these exciting night games — and they’re even better when they finish with a home win! ⚽️

Two very busy days, multiple locations and one huge team effort. 💪

Now it’s time to rest up… before we do it all again tomorrow at Stirling Distillery for another great event!

Two Castles & a Concert 🏰🏰🎶

Sometimes we have to pinch ourselves when we look at how far our little catering company has come.

On Saturday, our team had the privilege of catering three very different events at some incredible venues across Central Scotland.

🏰 Dunimarle Castle, Culross
Canapés, cocktails and sunshine for a beautiful wedding in the stunning grounds of Dunimarle Castle. (More content incoming… 😁)

🏰 Stirling Castle
A four-course dinner for the Argylls within the walls of one of Scotland’s most historic and iconic venues.

🎶 Helix Park, Falkirk
And finally, backstage catering for the brilliant Beluga Lagoon ahead of their headline show in front of an incredible 8,000 fans.

Three events. Two castles. One concert. And a very busy Saturday for Tatties & Tipples!

Whether we’re catering an intimate wedding, a formal dinner or feeding artists before they take to the stage, every event matters to us. We’re incredibly grateful to every client, couple, venue and organisation that trusts our team to be part of their day.

We’ve always prided ourselves on great food, genuine hospitality and a team that cares about getting the details right from start to finish.

With BBQ season almost coming to an end, here’s a reminder of why so many people choose Tatties & Tipples for their summer celebrations.

From full BBQ feasts served as a relaxed wedding meal to lighter BBQ lunches for pre- and post-wedding gatherings, corporate events, birthday celebrations, hen parties, stag weekends and everything in between.

Colin & Rob | , Loch Lomond

What a setting for a wedding! We recently had the pleasure of catering for Colin & Rob’s fantastic day at the beautiful Fruin Farm, Loch Lomond.

We kicked things off with a selection of canapés:

✨ Haggis bon bons with mustard mayo
✨ Haddock croquettes with tartare sauce
✨ Tomato & bocconcini bruschetta with balsamic glaze & basil

For the wedding breakfast, guests chose from:

Starters
Haggis tian with whisky sauce
Chicken & apricot terrine with toasted brioche, chutney & watercress

Mains
Chicken Balmoral with whisky sauce
Slow-roasted lamb shank with red wine & mint jus

Desserts
White chocolate & strawberry cheesecake with Chantilly cream & seasonal berries
Sticky toffee pudding with toffee sauce & vanilla ice cream

We finished the night in the garden, cooking up our ever-popular artisan pizzas for the evening guests.

A fantastic day, a brilliant crowd and a beautiful Loch Lomond venue. Thank you to Colin & Rob for choosing Tatties & Tipples to be part of it. ❤️

🏰 Private dining at Stirling Castle.

What a setting for this afternoons event.

We had the privilege of catering for a private dinner within the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders Regimental Museum at Stirling Castle, creating a four-course menu showcasing some fantastic Scottish produce.

On the menu…

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Scallops, black pudding & cauliflower purée
🥩 Scottish venison, sirloin steak & lamb rump
🍰 Sticky toffee pudding, cheesecake & chocolate tart
🧀 A Scottish cheese selection to finish

The evening was rounded off with a whisky tasting from Ian Macleod Distillers – a pretty special combination of Scottish food, whisky, history and one incredible venue.

We’re delighted to have played a small part in such a memorable evening and to showcase what Tatties & Tipples Event Catering can deliver in some of Scotland’s most iconic locations.
