I have a Pilates class starting Wednesday 6th May at 6pm in the cafe. This is a small props class incorporating pilates equipment. This is a mixed level class.
If your goal is more sports/posture specific or remedial my reformer option would be suitable for you.

We have recently had enquiries about burger nights. We will be offering a monthly burger night, pre booking only. If you’d like to book please get in touch and if we have enough interest we will go ahead.
