We started off selling our burgers from a vintage food van. This is where the obsession began, to serve up 'proper' burgers. Our whole menu is freshly prepared and cooked to order, so please note there will be a waiting time at peak hours. Our special sauces are all home-made and are complimentary. We are a small quirky diner, we can sit up to 20 people, so for larger tables we would recommend boo

Unfortunately Lambert’s has now permanently closed. We just want to say a massive thank you to our regulars. We’ve had the most incredible journey with Lambert’s. Highlights including hitting no 1 on Trip Advisor and being awarded Best Newcomer restaurant in the Herts Awards. So to everyone that supported us, we’ll be forever thankful.
