We’ve been at FUME this last weekend supporting Killa Waffles, we butchered, smoked, and served 500Kg of the most amazing melt-in-the-mouth Scoth Beef Short Ribs which were served in the signature Killa Waffle cone filled with Mac & cheese

We’ll be back open Thursday after a short break and you can expect a Short ribs special to be available!
