Hi everyone! 👋😁

It was so lovely to see so many of you again today! I’m incredibly grateful to have such a wonderful community and such amazing customers who continue to support me and my little business. ❤️ I really missed seeing everyone and, of course, I missed my baking too! Thank you so much for the lovely welcome back. 🥰🤗

As you can see in the video below… everything is gone again! 😅 And that is all thanks to YOU for coming along and enjoying my cakes, bakes and savouries. ❤️

I also realised that I’ve never really shown you my kitchen and the surroundings, so I thought I’d share a little sneak peek! I know some of you are curious about how I manage to make everything in such a small kitchen. Believe me, it really is small but it’s very well organised, and somehow I make it work😁

After a 14-hour shift, I’m finally home and ready for some rest. 😅 I’ll be back again on Tuesday to start preparing everything for Wednesday.

It is hard work, and sometimes I do question myself… but the passion keeps me going. ❤️👩‍🍳

Thank you also for your patience today. I’m usually very quick serving everyone, but today some of you had to wait a little longer than usual, and I really appreciate your understanding.

I’ve been very busy these past few days with orders and planning, and as we all know, things don’t always go according to plan! 😅

Unfortunately, one of my most important deliveries arrived much later than expected. Some of the ingredients arrived on Tuesday as planned, but the main one only arrived today, which was too late for me to prepare everything I originally had planned.

As I am open only tomorrow and Saturday this week, I’ve had to reorganise my schedule a little.

Hi everyone! I hope you’re all doing well 😁❤️

We’re reopening in just a few days! 🎉 We’re getting everything ready and can’t wait to welcome you all back! ❤️

And we have some exciting news… 😋

Our delicious Lángos will now be available with a variety of tasty toppings! 🤩 Whether you love the classic or fancy trying something a little different, there’ll be something for everyone.

Alongside our Lángos menu, I’ve also put together a list of all the traditional cakes you will be able to enjoy this season, plus the others I already posted: cinnamon buns, cake fruit, focaccia sandwiches.🍰

With these final posters, you should now have all the information you need, including photos, prices and availability, so everything is easy to find in one place. 😊

Of course, I’m always happy to answer any questions you may have, but I hope the way I’ve put the lists together makes everything nice and clear for everyone. ❤️

🍁🍂Our NEW Cinnamon Bun Range will be available from September throughout the autumn season: big, fluffy, freshly baked and packed with irresistible flavours! 😍

What makes them special? It starts with quality ingredients: real butter, milk, real vanilla pods,, chocolate and carefully selected fillings, but the real magic is in the dough. The right technique, plenty of patience and a little bit of experience create that beautifully soft, light and fluffy texture we love ❤️

🍐🍎🍋 And finally… the most exciting (and probably most expected) list is here! 😁😅

I know many of you have been waiting to see the new additions to this sweet little trend❤️

It took me a while to decide to add them (I’m not usually a trends person 🙄), but I’ve genuinely enjoyed creating them. Each fruit has its own filling and flavour, and of course, I had to complicate things a little and add my own touch of Maddy’s Bakery personality 😅😁

Please remember that a different selection of flavours will be available each week, as it would be impossible for me to make them all every day, especially as I’m also working on a new seasonal selection of cakes and cinnamon rolls 😁🎉!

Soo, as I often receive questions about flavours, fillings, prices and cake sizes, I’ve finally put everything together in one handy leaflet! 🎂

My prices haven’t changed, this is simply an easier way for you to see all the delicious options available and plan your perfect cake.

Save the leaflet for your next celebration, and feel free to message me if you need help choosing your flavours.

All the leaflets will be printed and will be available in the bakery.

With so many flavours and possibilities, I might have missed a few options from the leaflet, so if you have something else in mind, just ask! 😊 I’m always happy to discuss other flavours and combinations🥰❤️

A little update ready from when we reopen 🌿

I am working towards becoming more and more professional while keeping the things that make our food special: homemade, fresh and made with care.

Our focaccia is baked from scratch, using olive oil, and generously filled with high-quality ingredients such as Italian mortadella, prosciutto, mozzarella and mozzarella di bufala.

Rather than reducing portions or compromising on quality, I’ve decided to adjust our focaccia prices to better reflect the ingredients and care that go into each one.

Our new focaccia menu will range from £6.50 to £7.50, depending on the filling.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support my small business whether by buying from us, recommending us or simply just sharing this page.

Although I am taking a little break throughout August, I certainly haven’t disappeared!

Behind the scenes, I’ve been busy thinking about new products, new ideas and a few exciting changes that I can’t wait to share with you when we reopen in September. ✨

And one of the first things we’ll be introducing is our NEW loyalty cards! 💳❤️ I know some of you have been waiting for these😁❤️

I will keep this page updated with our new entries and small but exciting changes😅❤️

I am really looking forward to getting back to baking your favourite fresh pastries and introducing some new ones.

I truly appreciate every single one of you who came by and tried my cakes. It makes me so happy to know you love them as much as I love baking them. 🥰

As many of you know, there’s a huge amount of work behind the scenes. This past weeks have been especially busy, and with just one member of staff alongside me, we’ve been working long hours to make sure everything was freshly baked and available for you every day.

I’m so sorry if I disappointed anyone by not having certain items ready on time or if you missed out because they had already sold out. I honestly did the very best I could, and I’m incredibly grateful for your patience, understanding and continued support. ❤️

I am now closed until 4th September so I can enjoy some well-deserved time with my kids. 🥰 Over the next month, I’ll also be working on new ideas, exciting recipes and getting everything organised for September, so keep an eye on my page for updates and some delicious new arrivals! ✨

Thank you all once again for being such amazing customers. Your support means the world to me, and I really hope you’ll miss my cakes while I’m away! 😁🤗
