Our focaccia sandwiches have been incredibly popular this week, and we’re so happy that you’ve been enjoying them ❤️

Because our focaccia can be customised in so many different ways, we thought we’d share some delicious examples with you, along with our new Lunch Deal, which is also available for takeaway 😁🥰

❤️❤️ Chocolate cake, also known as “Amandina”: Soft layers of chocolate sponge soaked in rum flavored caramel syrup, filled with a rich chocolate cream made from yolks, sugar, milk, double cream, then blended with chocolate and butter. Finished with a shiny chocolate fondant glaze, this cake is incredibly moist, wonderfully sweet, and packed with intense chocolate flavor. A true chocolate lover’s dream! 🤎🤎🤎

Our homemade Tiramisu is back tomorrow❤️

Made with a lovely tiramisu mousse prepared using the traditional pâte à bombe method and mascarpone, layered with our own homemade Savoiardi sponge, infused with rich coffee and a touch of Marsala wine, then finished with a dusting of cocoa.

Exciting news for all fresh fruit lovers! 🍓🫐🥝❤️

With summer still seemingly on the waiting list 😅 (just kidding, but hopefully the lovely weather will reach us soon!). Not that I’m complaining; I love every season… never too hot, never too rainy 😁.

I thought it was the perfect time to introduce our Summer Edition Cakes! ☀️🍰

The cakes shown in the photo will be available starting next week and will be here for a limited time only: until 1st August, our last day before the holiday break. Alongside these seasonal treats, we’ll still have our traditional favourites available, but the Summer Edition cakes are only here for a short period.

From September, we’ll be introducing a new selection of cakes and sweet surprises. ❤️

Thank you all for your continued support, and we look forward to seeing you tomorrow for our lovely selection of: fruit tart, vanilla eclairs, amandina, custard cake, savarina, sweet pretzels, vegan apple pie, cinnamon buns.

Starting today, and from Wednesday through Saturday each week, we’ll have a fresh but very limited selection of:

🥐 Classic cinnamon buns
🥨 Sweet pretzels
🍏 Vegan apple pie

Unfortunately, today’s cinnamon buns sold out💛

We still have fresh vegan apple pies available, and in about an hour we’ll have freshly baked, syrupy pretzel “Polonezi” ready for you.

🥪 Sandwiches are still available, as well as the last slices of our potato and rosemary focaccia

Hi everyone! 😊

As I often receive questions about the items shown in the photo below, I thought it would be helpful to create a small menu/leaflet listing the products we have available every day but don’t currently display.

Unfortunately, I can’t keep these items outside or store them in the fridge, so they aren’t always visible in the bakery. To make things easier, here’s a list of the products that are available on request, even though they’re not on display.

I’ll also print a few copies to keep in the bakery for customers to browse.
