This Saturday from 11am Alice from The Foxglove Cottage Bakery in Stanstead Abbotts will be holding a pop up sale at The Lounge, with a whole range of delicious baked goodies. Don’t miss out, swing by for a coffee and breakfast or a beer and some lunch and grab yourself some goodies for the weekend!

Cluckin’L is back tomorrow from midday with their 24 hour brined and marinaded Roast Chicken, available with a whole host of accompaniments and sauces from Buttermilk Fried Chicken Tenders to Caesar Salad and Roast Chicken Gravy!

The Lounge is also open from 10am on Saturday with Cluckin’L from midday. We look forward to seeing you!

Hi all! We have some EXCITING news!

As of this Saturday March 14th we will be opening The Lounge from 10am - 8pm on SATURDAYS!

We’ll have our usual offering of coffees, smoothies, homemade pastries, toasties and cookies in the morning and our new Chicken takeaway offering Cluckin’L from midday until 8pm.

You can expect delicious brined, marinaded and roasted chickens, buttermilk fried chicken fillets, salads, fries, gravy, sauces and lots more. We hope to see you there!

*WORTH READING* We get all of the sausage meat for our sausage rolls and our breakfast bun from in Cheshunt. and Sam are amazing young farmers who take great care of their animals. They’re also always keen to try something new, which is why our current batch of sausage meat is from their Mangalicia pigs. This is a Hungarian breed that is mixed with Wild Boar! This means you’re guaranteed genuine free range meat as these pigs will only thrive when left to roam and rummage around! The flavour is amazing and we’re very proud to showcase this wonderful product in our coffee shop! Check out Appleby Street Farm and keep your eyes peeled for Mangalica charcuterie later on this year!
