Had the pleasure of making this vanilla sponge cake for Bonnie’s cake smash.
Clearly I must be getting old though as the customer originally couldn’t find a baker who knew what a cake smash was 🤣 and then they refused to bake it as Bonnie might have a nut allergy.
I often bake for friends with allergies and am confident with my processes 🥰
