e my own restaurant. I have set out to provide the simple and honest Turkish meals I grew up with”. Shelly adds “It’s our hope our diners experience the relaxed hospitality of a Turkish Cypriot home, maybe try belly dancing if they fancy a jiggle at the end of the night accompanied on the Doplek “drum” by Chef Kaz”!
