🌟🌿 Team Spotlight: Claire 🌿🌟

Today we’re shining the spotlight on our wonderful Claire, who has been part of the Birch Tree Cafe team since we opened our doors back in January 2022! 💚

One of Claire’s favourite jobs is picking flowers from our cut flower patch and arranging them beautifully for the cafe tables. 🌸 More recently, she created a gorgeous posy in a jar which was entered into the Easton Village Show on behalf of the whole team — we were so proud of her! 🏵️

Claire loves gardening, both at the cafe and at home with her sister. When she’s relaxing at home, she also enjoys making beautiful bead bracelets. 🌱📿

A true team player, Claire brightens our days with her positive, can-do attitude. We’re so lucky to have her as part of the team!

Thank you, Claire, for all your enthusiasm, creativity and hard work. 💕👏
