8,000 years of winemaking tradition, poured into one glass 🍷

Currently on the wine flight…
🇬🇪Labara Winery Tsolikouri 2020 paired with Heritage Carrot, Citrus Kimchi, Nori & Roasted Buckwheat.

This Georgian beauty is made using qvevri - huge clay vessels buried underground to ferment and age the wine, a tradition dating back more than 8,000 years. Basically, natural temperature control… before technology existed.

The result… a textured, amber-hued wine with citrus peel, stone fruit, soft tannins and an earthy complexity 🍊

2023 Mercurey – Les Veleys, Domaine Raquillet

One of those wines we’re always happy to pour. Made by the family-run Domaine Raquillet in Burgundy, this Chardonnay is carefully hand-picked and made slowly to keep it fresh, balanced and full of flavour. Nothing over-done — just really good winemaking.
Expect soft white flowers, a hint of citrus and gentle peachy notes. Smooth, elegant and very easy to enjoy — whether you’re a wine lover or just fancy a really nice glass.
