Day one of our new adventure.

We are excited to meet you all.

Just in this small interim we are still sorting out WiFi and the phone lines.

The phones have not changed over yet so we cannot take phone orders but we are open and can take card payments (and cash of course).

We will keep you updated.

Wow what a day!
I never expected so many of you to turn up to say Goodbye. I’m sat here trying to absorb the days events.
Thankyou so much for coming and making today so special. I love you all so much and you will always have a special place in my heart. Thankyou 🙏

So this is the day!
My last day as the owner of ‘Thyme after time’!
Do call in and say goodbye today and if you are about at 3pm -5pm we are having a ‘Hello and Farewell’ party, an opportunity for you to meet the new TaT owners.
There will be Pimms, elderflower and nibbles. I promise not to charge you for that! lol
Thankyou to all of you our loyal customers who have been with us on this 22 years marathon, I really do appreciate you. Many of you are like my extended cafe family.

One final bow from me, the curtain drops and big love from me.

Good morning Stalbridge!!!

This is the day, my last one, do call in and say hello and goodbye, I’d love to see you.

This afternoon we have our ‘Hello and Farewell’ party from 3-5pm. All our customers welcome.
Food and nibbles available (no charge).
Come and meet the new faces of ‘Thyme after time’.

It’s been a packed week for catering this week, supplying food for a party event at Milton on Stour Manor House.

We’ve supplied breakfast pastries.
Our homemade granola, Dorset yoghurt, fresh fruit platters, our homemade marmalades and jams for two days of breakfasts.

Then last night they enjoyed beef lasagne and or roasted vegetable lasagne with garlic bread and Greek salad followed by homemade meringues, cream, a selection of fresh berries and lemon curd sauce.

Today more and different breakfast pastries and tonight they have coronation chicken, spinach roulade filled with smoked mackerel and beetroot pate, water melon, orange and black pepper salad with feta cheese, then a fine bean, mange tout, tomato and basil salad, new potatoes rolled in Dorset sour cream with chives.
For dessert they are having lemon and ginger cheesecake or mocha roulade.

One thing is for sure…..: they won’t be going hungry!

And as for me - I’m very much needing to sit down my legs didn’t like being
stood that much the last two days!
The gang were too busy serving in the cafe to help me with the prep!
