The Macro Cafe is a bistro Cafe, placed an 1 Goalgate Place, next to the roundabout Roundabout,All our food and ingredients are fully macro-nutrient listed to help you pick a balanced and healthy meal if you like, or maybe a cheeky treat or two in the way of our cakes, We also aim to show that healthy meals don’t have to be plain and bland but tasty and exciting. These perfectly calculated balanced meals include Hot drinks and tasty beverages

We are so happy to announce that we have found a buyer for the Cafe! It’s someone I have known for a while and someone who is already in the hospitality industry!

Please go and follow their new social media please I want to support them as much as possible! The even better news is they have agreed to keep some of the menu we already had and to expand it even more! We are so excited to see it progress!

They have also agreed to give 10% to all gym members and staff.

Just search for “Time at Gaolgate” on all socials or visit their website at www.timeatgaolgate.co.uk to follow links to their socials.

They hope to open on the 12th August go and follow their socials for more information and updates.

For now I want to say a massive thank you to all our loyal customers to Macro, and whilst it is the end of the name, the business continues and will go from strength to strength.

I am sorry to inform you that we will be closing on the 1st of July, unfortunately due high cost of running the Macro cafe with bills and food prices, we have decided to close the doors, we will be open Monday, Wednesday and final day will be Thursday 30th.

Thank you for everyone who has supported us and regular customers, unfortunately in these financial times its with a heavy heart we have taken this decision. Hopefully won't be forever, but we have to think what's best.

So please come in and show your support still these days last few days.

We will be running a restricted menu.
