📢 WE ARE OPEN AS USUAL THIS WEEKEND ☕️🍰

❤️ Cyril’s Tearoom is OPEN, and you can still get to us!

Access is currently available via Spread Eagle Island only.

Although the road may appear to be closed and signs indicate a closure, access is being permitted on approach. Simply let the workmen know that you’re coming to visit Cyril’s Tearoom, and they will assist you with access.

We know it may look a little confusing, but please don’t let the road signs put you off visiting us! 🫖🍰

📢📢📢📢📢📢

We’ve become aware of a planned closure of the A5/Wattling Street affecting the Gailey area at weekends over the coming weeks.

At the moment, we are waiting for clarification from the relevant highways and West Midlands Interchange teams regarding exactly what this means for access to Cyril’s Tearoom and our customers.

We have contacted them directly but, as yet, haven’t received a response which is very frustrating

We appreciate this is completely out of our hands, and we certainly don’t want to cause any unnecessary worry or confusion until we know exactly what access will be available.

We are open as normal for now and will continue to keep you updated as soon as we have confirmed information. ❤️

Thank you for your patience and continued support of our little tearoom — it really does mean a lot to us. ☕️❤️

Polite Notice 🚨🚨🚨⚠️⚠️⚠️

☀️ Due to the very hot weather over the last few days again the tearoom has become extremely warm and uncomfortable for both our staff and customers.

With everyone's wellbeing in mind, we've made the decision to close today, 10 July .

A huge thank you to our amazing team, who have worked so hard in difficult conditions and still managed to give 100% with a smile. We really appreciate everything they've done.

Thank you all for your understanding and continued support. Stay cool, and we hope to see you again very soon! ❤️

We'd love you to join us this Saturday 4th July for a day of delicious cake and afternoon tea.

Our full menu will be available as usual, but if you can squeeze in a slice of cake afterwards, you'll be helping a fantastic cause.
All proceeds from our cake and afternoon tea sales will be donated to Breast Cancer Now.

This charity is very close to the hearts of many of our team, and we know so many of our wonderful customers have also been affected by cancer in some way.

If you can't make it along on the day but would still like to support us, please click the donation link below. Every donation, no matter how big or small, is hugely appreciated and will help make a real difference. 💗

Just a little update from us...,☀️☀️☀️☀️

After keeping an eye on the forecast and having another chat today, we've decided to stay closed again tomorrow.
Unfortunately, the weather isn't looking much cooler, and we want to make sure the tearoom is comfortable for both our team and our customers.

The good news is that temperatures are expected to drop for the weekend, so we're hoping to be back open on Saturday. 🤞

We'll keep you posted with any updates, but for now we'd just like to say a huge thank you for all your understanding and support
