Queue management post! Please help us... We are instructed by the hospital to make some changes and they are easy enough but we know the general public don't read/obey signs (even pretty ones made by Vivid Design & Print Co!)
We need the queue to go left, down the corridor and NOT blocking signage or the handsink. We also beg you to order at the till, not at the counter end. This is COLLECTION for drinks only. Even if you have cash, it's still a little dangerous for us to serve you there and walk back and forth to the till when there's boiling water being passed about. Please don't be cross at us as we enforce these rules. We might even have to raise our voices at some customers to be heard above the din of the busy shop. Please be kind! We're doing our best! 😘

Fantastic (and speedy!) work done by Vivid Design & Print Co for our new queue management signage. They look wonderful and hopefully will last longer than the ones I made 🤣

Foam board signage looking 👌

Great for directional signs, events, displays, menus, exhibitions, counters and temporary signage, foam board is lightweight, rigid and gives a really clean professional finish.

Introducing cold savouries to our counter.
Did you know, because we keep your pies warm, we must give 20% of every sale to HMRC?
If we sell them cold, we don't have to add VAT. Why not give you the option of paying less, and warming at home? We make the same profit but you pay less.

We are trialing jacket potatoes this week. They are a gluten free option but do let us know if you're a coeliac when you order, so we can use the right utensils for you.
We stopped doing these last time because they got so complicated and took too long to prep. We have therefore changed how we prep and price them. Ask at the counter for more info :)
