This mornings visit to the Honesty Box had the sweetest surprise… little handwritten messages tucked inside jars.

These always feel like love letters to the Honesty Box and it melts my heart to know my homemade jam is landing on your tables and bringing a little joy with it.

Your kind words mean the world — thank you for trusting the Honesty box, for supporting small-batch goodness, and for taking the time to leave such lovely notes.

I’ve just harvested the very first fragrant elderflowers of the season and turned them into the most delicious gooseberry and elderflower jam.

This is proper small-batch, handmade goodness using 100% local produce – no long-distance ingredients, just what’s growing right here in Standon.

Because it’s such a tiny batch, once it’s gone… it’s gone!

The season we’ve all been waiting for is here. Our first batches of 2026 English Strawberry Jam are now available at the honesty box – made with sweet, juicy British strawberries picked at their peak.

Thick, glossy, and packed with flavour, this is proper homemade strawberry jam the way it should taste. Perfect on fresh scones, warm toast, or straight from the jar.

Available now at our Honesty Box in Standon Bowers, near Eccleshall, Staffordshire.
