A little update from me as we move into a new season.
With my children now settled back into school and our homeschooling chapter coming to an end, I’ve decided not to renew my business insurance when it expires on 13th September. This means I’ll be closing this chapter of my catering work and stepping forward into my new career path.

Thank you, truly, to everyone who has supported my small business over the years. Every order, every message, every bit of encouragement has meant so much.

The speakers really gave lots of insight especially for those just starting out.

Company had a store there called spectacular selfies as you can see. I had my photo taken on one of the stands.
I will post the flyer in the comments below if you want to get hold of them for any event events you may have coming up.

Was lovely to see ~ Jeevan Punj ~ who also had a stand and gave an informative talk on stage, which was really helpful for anyone with a small business.

What a brilliant day at the Finditin stokes and staffs BIG Buyers’ Brunch: A Taste of East Staffordshire at Burton Albion Football Club.

I met so many passionate people across food, drink and the visitor economy, each conversation left me inspired. From food science insights to the council’s innovation projects, sustainability plans and the future of SMEs, it was a day full of learning and possibility.

It’s always encouraging to be in a room where people genuinely care about the future of our local area and the businesses within it.

And the plot twist of the day… I won a pack of beers in the competition, even though I don’t drink. Life has a sense of humour.

Feeling grateful, informed and energised.
