Some dishes have a story worth telling. 🌊🥥

Our Scallops Tengapal starts with hand-dived Scottish scallops, sourced from the cold, clear waters off the Scottish coast. These aren't just any scallops. They're the kind that arrive plump, sweet and perfectly fresh, because we won't accept anything less.

From there, the dish takes a turn south to the Keralan coastline. A sauce built on rich coconut milk and a bright hit of lemon zest wraps around each scallop with a warmth that feels both bold and delicate at the same time. The coconut brings that deep, creamy body you'd expect from Kerala's coastal kitchens. The lemon lifts everything, cutting through with a clean citrus freshness that lingers on the palate.
