Thank you so much to all of those that joined us, we raised an amazing amount for LoungeAid and had a wonderful time seeing everyone get creative and enjoy some time together!

Two of our team members Molly & Destiny hiked up Scafell Pike this Thursday for LoungeAid, in order to raise awareness & support for 💙

Two novices hiked & climed 5.4 miles, 3,210 feet in 33 degree heat - completed in 5 hours 6 minutes!

A Mindful Paws provide a safe space where young people can access support and relief from their emotional or mental health difficulties. Any support we can give them will mean a lot - if you can spare anything to our Just Giving page, we would be incredibly grateful 🥰

Next Thursday, our wonderful team will be taking on the challenge of peaking Scarfell Pike, which reaches a whopping 3,309 feet above sea level! ⛰️

This is all in an attempt to do something big to raise funds & awareness for the wonderful charity 💙 their aim is to provide a safe space where young people aged 13-25 can access support and relief from their emotional or mental health difficulties.

They have a fabulous team of experienced & qualified staff that work selflessly to provide a range of support for young people in need. This includes two Mental Health Nurses with extensive CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service) experience, one of whom provides canine assisted therapy and DBT (dialectical Behaviour Therapy) via group and 1:1 support.

Please support us in supporting them by donating anything you can, so that they can continue their much needed and important work for our community 💙
