Welcome to St Andrews! And to everyone returning for another year… we missed you. Probably more than your 9am lectures missed you.

Make sure you find Munch in first year — ideally before you discover the joys of a hangover and realise you need food immediately.

We’ve done speciality coffees for a wee while but finally got around to making a sign.

No, we’re not baristas but our machine is freshly ground beans and always fresh milk. Our motto is good food fast so we don’t want people getting their bacon roll in 30 seconds and then waiting in a queue for us to froth milk and do some latte art!
There are plenty of places in town for that - make sure it’s local though 😉

50 years young, 21 years of keeping us all laughing at Munch, a lifelong Celtic supporter, a newly dedicated pink gin enthusiast, karaoke superstar and the undisputed Queen of the Banter. 👑

As if that wasn’t enough, she’s recently added her favourite role yet… Glamorous Granny to beautiful Elsie.

We are all looking forward to celebrating with you tomorrow with a few pink gins and some karaoke classics.

🧑‍🎓CALLING ALL 2026 GRADUATES🧑‍🎓

Firstly - well done to every single one of you. Your hard work has finally paid off as you graduate this week from . We like to think that we helped fuel some of that inspiration or at least fuel some of the mornings after!

Secondly - for most of you this may be the very last time you are in this beautiful town. Enjoy it while you can and soak up everything about this gorgeous little bubble.

Thirdly and lastly - get yourself to Munch for that last big breakfast roll or a final Scottish Panini. Introduce your family to one of your favourite haunts.

Happy Father’s Day to all the amazing dads out there! 💚

Today we’re celebrating the number one men in our Munch family.

A huge shout out to King Munch himself, Andy 👑 – whether he’s Doctor Munch, Mister Munch, or simply Dad, we’re grateful for everything he does to keep our little business going.

And of course, our top man Jim – the person Munch couldn’t run without. From saving the day (every day) to keeping us stocked up with sweet treats, he’s always there when we need him! 🍬

Why not treat Dad to something from Munch today ?

We’re rounding off the celebrations with a curry tonight 🍛

A great morning spent visiting , a fellow family-run business packed full of fantastic products from local suppliers and plenty of inspiration for us too.

The warehouse tour was brilliant, although the freezer section was absolutely Baltic! Stepping back outside afterwards felt like arriving in Spain. ☀️❄️

Keep an eye out for some new specials over the next few days…
