The idea for our restaurant has been a wee while in the making but when it comes to age it’s got nothing on the building we will soon be calling home. After conducting a little research turns out our building once housed a ‘Cleek Factory’ owned by Robert Forgan, a name known to many for making the best golf clubs money can buy/

Meet the Team!

This is Sally, a member of our front of house team. While she's only been at Forgan's since earlier this summer, she's been part of the Scotsman Hospitality family for almost a year and has quickly become a valued member of the team.

Her favourite dish is our Salmon BLT from the lunch menu, a standout favourite that's become just as popular with the team as it is with our guests.

This is Abi, our bar supervisor here at Forgan’s. Since joining the team in 2023, she has become a valued part of the Forgan’s family, bringing plenty of energy and a friendly face to the restaurant every day.

Abi’s favourite dish is our Salmon Fillet from the à la carte menu, best enjoyed with a crisp glass of our Ayrum Verdejo.
