Last night, our team had a little sneak peek of our Christmas Day menu!

And we can say, it is truly fantastic!

From the delicious salt-cured cod supreme which is served with a sweet potato rosti, sweet & sour lemon and a sprout purée to the delightful chocolate and mint delice which comes alongside homemade cinnamon ice cream, nutmeg and a chocolate cracker.
